We try hard to keep inventory levels high for all Class A and Class C mirrors made by Velvac.
There are some cases where the items ship directly from the manufacturer located in Wisconsin.
In Stock Availability
If we do not have your item in stock but your item is in stock at the manufacturer's warehouse, it ships within 24-48 hours.
If your item is not in stock at our warehouse, not in stock at the manufacturers warehouse and has to be built by Velvac, orders could take up to 2-3 weeks until shipped.
If you have a question about inventory levels of a certain part #, please email Jack@pacificrvparts.com and he will get back to you within the hour.
Express shipping is done Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not considered "business days" and express shipping is not delivered on those days.
For example, if you place your order for next day air on a Friday, we cannot guarantee a Saturday delivery.
If you place your order for second day air on a Thursday, we can't guarantee a Saturday delivery.
If you have a question about shipping and time frame of delivery, please email Jack@pacificrvparts.com and he will get back to you within the hour.
Cut off time for UPS orders is 1:00 PM PST. Cut off time for USPS orders is 2:00 PM PST.
You may receive a UPS tracking # after 1PM or a USPS tracking # after 2:00 PM PST.
If this happens, the order itself will not be picked up until the following day.
Email Jack@pacificrvparts.com if you have any questions about the shipping cut-off time or tracking your order and he will get back to you within the hour.
If you ordered the incorrect item and need to return it, the first thing you'll want to do is email Jack@pacificrvparts.com so he can start a claim and inform you of what to do next.
We do not provide prepaid labels for items that were ordered incorrectly.
We have 2 week return policy that starts when the item is received/shows delivered by the tracking #.
The 2 week return policy window starts once the tracking # shows delivered. It does not start from the date the order was placed.
We also have a standard 10% restocking fee on all returns to cover shipping and handling costs.
If you receive an item that is damaged or not working properly, please email Jack@pacificrvparts.com so he can add notes to your invoice and walk you through the next step.
You'll want to go through Jack so he can start a claim if need be or add notes to your current invoice so we can keep track of the problem.
If UPS or USPS delivers a broken mirror, we will provide you a prepaid return label to get the item back and start a claim.
We test all returns at our facility to figure out if there is an issue with the wiring of the mirror.
If you return an item that is thought to be defective but passes the functionality test, you may be subjected to a restocking fee.

What if I have Ramco mirrors? Can you help me?
We specialize in Velvac mirrors only. We do not currently sell or stock mirrors made by Hadley, Ramco, or any other brand of mirror other than Velvac.
Velvac assemblies are not compatible with Ramco or Hadley switches or wiring.
If you are unsure of what brand of mirror you have, the easiest way to get help is by emailing photos of your current assemblies to Jack@pacificrvparts.com
What's the difference between Velvac and Ramco mirrors?
On a Class A motorhomes, you can try to identify the brand of mirror by seeing whether or not your mirror head has a straight mounting post that is offset (not centered) or ball mount that is centered.
99% of the Velvac mirrors on Class A motorhomes have an offset straight mounting post on their mirror head.
Ramco ONLY makes mirror heads where the mounting piece is a ball mount that is centered on the mirror head.
Keep in mind (not to confuse you even more), Velvac does make a "Standard" style mirror head which does have a centered straight mount but it's not known to be used on Class A Motorhomes.
The best thing to do if you are unsure of what brand of mirror you have is to email photos of your current assemblies to Jack@pacificrvparts.com
What if I don't see the mirror listed for my RV?
We update our website on a daily basis and try to have the most up to date information.
If you don't see your RV or Velvac mirror listed, please email Jack@pacificrvparts.com with the year, make, & model of your RV so we can assist you.
Most of the time when you don't see your RV year, make, and model, it is because you have Ramco mirrors or there was no record of what the manufacturer used on your RV for us to reference.
If this is the case, WE ENCOURAGE YOU to email a photo of your current assemblies so Jack can help figure out what part # you need. We take no responsibility if you order the incorrect mirror without reaching out to Jack first.
What is the fastest way to get my order processed and shipped?
Ordering from our website is the fastest way to get your order processed and shipped.
All orders done on our website are automatically sent to our shipping department for processing.
We do take phone orders but keep in mind that it could take an additional 1-3 days for phone orders to be processed and may not be eligible for online pricing or free shipping.
Where the heck is my order?
There could be a number of reasons why you haven't received your order in the normal 1-5 business day time frame.
There could have been a some sort of delay because of a power outage, UPS or USPS could have misplaced your package causing a small delay, or raccoons could have started their evil plot to take over the world and started by stealing your package (not really but ya never know.)

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
We do currently ship to Canada and the United Kingdom.
If you are outside the U.S., Canada, and the UK, please email Jack@pacificrvparts.com with the part # you are looking for and the address we would be shipping to.
We have had success shipping to Australia, Ireland, Norway, & Germany in the past but the website will not take your order if you are outside the U.S., Canada, or the UK.
It must go through Jack. if you are outside the U.S., Canada, or the UKDo you ship on Saturday and Sunday?
We do process and ship orders on the weekend but orders are not picked up until the following Monday.
I see a credit card charge made out to TurboKool. Is that you guys?
Our main company name is TurboKool and that is how it shows up on bank charges/statements.
