I ordered a replacement mirror but ordered it for the wrong side of our motor home.   After contacting Jack he confirmed it was the for the wrong side because our mirrors are mounted in an inverted position.   He confirmed which replacement mirror we needed.   He guided me on the return of the wrong mirror and we received a refund (minus 20% for restocking fee).   The  correct replacement mirror has arrived and fits perfectly!    Thank you, Jack!
