Excellent customer service! September 13, 2021 Reviewer: Ann Lozis from Nokesville, VA   We had our passenger side mirror break while traveling. PacificRV had it shipped to our destination within forty eight hours assuring us a safe travel back home. Jack was able to determine what parts we needed based on a photo I sent and the model RV we drive. We were very satisfied with the quality of the parts and the quick shipping service. Flat glass assembly replacement August 26, 2021 Reviewer: Ed McChristy from Chino , CA United States   Found pacific mirrors online and contacted Jack. Over a couple emails and pictures of existing mirror problem Jack figured out what I needed I placed order. Had my parts in two days change parts out in 10 min.
