Exterior Entry door handle March 21, 2021 Reviewer: Ted Brewer from Snyder, TX United States   The part was shipped expeditiously but there was a small hiccup. One of the entry screw mounts didn’t line up perfectly. I had to enlarge the hole allowing the mount to fit. Was this review helpful to you?

Great price and exceptional service March 8, 2021 Reviewer: Lester Davis from Gulf Hammock, FL United States   Unbelievable Service…. While getting motor home ready for upcoming trip I found entrance door lock was broken… did a Google search and found only one place that listed the item as in stock. Before ordering I wanted to make sure the item was truly in stock as time was an essence, I sent an email for confirmation that the item was indeed in stock, I didn’t expect a reply for at least a couple days especially being that I was inquiring on a Sunday… To my surprise within an hour or so I received an email from Jack advising me the item was in stock at his facility and ready to ship, even provided a link taking me directly to the product.. Needless to say I ordered the item immediately, had it shipped Fedex, Jack shipped it fast and it arrived right on schedule. I just finished installing the lock and all systems are a Go for my trip.
