Mirror emergency July 18, 2026 Reviewer: Nick from San Marcos, CA United States   I had a serious issue when my passenger mirror on my Tiffin Pheaton, was sheared off. The mirror sheared off where the mirror attached to the arm. Of course I had no visibility on the passenger side-that is scary when you are driving a 40' motorhome. Fortunately, we were traveling with another couple and they were able to stay behind until we reached our campground. I contacted Jack at Pacific mirrors by email to check if the mirror head could be replaced separately. He confirmed that it could and gave me instructions for it's removal and confirmed that they had the mirror head in stock. He was even emailing at 8:00 in the evening. I had the mirror over-nighted, and with Jack's assistance with instructions I was able to install the new mirror. Great customer service is not very common anymore, and I was once again very impressed with Jack and Pacific Mirrors for coming through in a time a need. Was this review helpful to you?

Great Response April 12, 2026 Reviewer: Scott Graham from O Fallon, MO United States   Emailed Jack about new mirror head. Got a response the same day. Awesome customer service November 8, 2025 Reviewer: Kurt Grau from Orange Park, FL United States   Jack was great! He answered all my emails and questions surprisingly fast.  I snapped off the passenger side  Velvac mirror on my motorhome. Not only did he actually have the part on stock,  but took it out of the box and sent me a picture just to make sure it was what I needed.  He was even able to answer questions about the mirror assembly that the manufacturer wasn't able to answer! Great Service! April 4, 2025 Reviewer: Burr Koepsel from Winthrop Harbor, IL United States   I emailed Jack to inquire about a replacement Velvac mirror. He replied within minutes and within 15 minutes I had ordered the mirror. The mirror was shipped the same day. I received it two days later and it was exactly what I needed.
