Mirror Replacement July 2, 2023 Reviewer: Ed Zornes from Gilbert, AZ United States   I was unsure of what mirror I had on my 2003 Itasca horizon. The flat mirror mts had become brittle, allowing the mirror tonloosen and almost fall out. The only I.D. I had was a part # on the lower concave mirror. Jack kept telling me that was not the part # for my mirror. Finally I sent pics, and he identified it from my photos, and recommended the correct replacement. A Nearly Perfect Experience June 14, 2019 Reviewer: John Scarbrough from Silver City, NM United States   When the driver's side Velvac VMax mirror became unstable and shook so badly that it was unusable while driving, I contacted Pacific RV Mirrors. They helped me to select the fix which was a Full Flat Glass Kit. The kit was shipped with tracking information and arrived on time. Install was straightforward and now I can use the DS mirror.
