Contacted Jack @Pacific requesting stock status. Response was please verify part needed. Pacific provided instructions to obtain part number. Sent the requested info to Pacific and my RV repair facility had the mirror the next day. Repair facility had been advised there was an unknown back order time delay due to supply train issue. Pacific had in stock and shipped immediately.

Excellent;Responded to my initial email within 90 minutes, new mirror was needed ASAP, was able to get it overnight and had before noon. Thanks jack
