Ordered a velvac mirror head with side camera when we received it the camera was dislodged from the housing and rattling inside of the mirror. I contacted jack and explained what was going on and he shipped out a new one along with a shipping label for the damaged mirror. Fantastic customer service and support. Highly recommended this company
