First I was very apprehensive about ordering a large ticket Item from a company that I did not know. I reached out by email to Jack inquiring about the mirror I needed. With in a few minutes he responded and confirmed he had the item in stock and said he would ship it out as soon as I ordered it. So, I ordered and paid for it and in just a few minutes I received a confirmation and a few minutes later received an order processed and FedEx Tracking number email. Needless to say I was impressed! It arrived in a few days just as promised, in perfect shape! No only was everything correct he saved me money!
BTW I ordered the mirror for the other side of my RV from another source prior to finding Pacific RV Mirrors. Never received the mirror. Emailed Jack a about my other mirror, he confirmed it was in stock. The rest of the details are the same as above, arriving tomorrow! Would give Jack and Pacific RV Mirror 10 stars! Amazing communication, service and product!
