A couple of emails and pictures and I had the correct one on the way.  Took 15 minutes to put on simply because wire had to be stuffed in.  Great service and quick responses to emails.

I had a "mishap" on a recent trip and my passenger side Velac Mirror was damaged (twice).  I immediately contacted Jack and ordered a replacement.  After limping home with a mirror supported by what looked like an erector set, I received the perfect replacement in almost record time.  Great Service and assistance all round.  Thanks.

I contacted pacific rv mirrors via email. I got a response very fast. They confirmed they had the part in stock and it could go out the next day. Well it did arrive the next day and great condition just as described and I put it on my RV and I was back in service I would recommend Pacific RV mirrors to anybody looking for  quick Reasonable priced mirrors.
