Mirrors were well packed and received in great condition. The price is lowest on the Internet. I like Pacific RV mirrors. All parts and cover plugs were in the box. Found new stainless mounting bolts locally as these have to match the motorhome install. Found the correct flathead bolts, the ones on the old mirrors were round head (wrong) what else can I say about RV manufactures. It would be nice if Velvac provided torque specs for the bottom minor mounting bolt self locking nut. Cannot find this on the Velvac web site or the open web.

Needed a passenger side mirror for my 2007 Mandalay.  Being an older coach the manufacturer did not have a replacement.   Another owner had used your company and recommended that I give you a try.   Your website is easy to navigate, your quick responses to my many questions were prompt and concise, my product arrived within a couple days and I have every reason to believe it will work as it looks exactly like the one that is being replaced.  What more can I ask for.   Thank you.  You will definitely be the first place I go should I need anything in the future.
