Was not sure which replacement mirror I needed for my 2005 Itasca. Emailed info day one, got ans answer the next day and purchased the product. Arrived 4 days later and fit perfectly. And the price was right! Could not ask for more.

A tree had fallen on the front of my motorhome and broke the passenger side mirror off. The bracketry for the mirror was pulled through the fiberglass and it is in the process of being repaired.  So I can't install the mirror until it is finished.  However, the transaction with Pacific RV Mirrors was "top drawer". Jack's email response was very quick, the shipping was free, and it arrived in two days packaged very nicely. I highly recommend Pacific RV Mirrors and would definitely do business with them again should the need arise.  Dan

It was better then perfect. The response time was amazing. I asked a couple questions and they were answered just as fast. Shipping only took maybe a week and the product is spot on and a exact replacement
