Jack is very knowledgeable about Pacific Mirror's product line. After discovering the mirror was no longer available for my motorhome, Jack had me send him a picture of my mirror. He determined by the picture a replacement part he had in stock would work. I received the order very quickly and installed the part for a perfect fit.

Mirror head arrived quickly and as advertised.  Instructions were good, although I would add one thing.  Look under your mirror arm.  If you have a rectangular rubber piece - remove it and access to the electrical plug is MUCH easier.  Otherwise, 2 thumbs up.
