Always buy an inner housing with the new mirror.   Snapped right in place after connecting heating element wires.

The product was exactly as described.  I wasn't sure how the glass was attached to the housing but an email to Jack and his quick response answered the question.  Silicone in 4 spots.  I put the knife between and sure enough, everything came apart.  Thanks Jack for being quick to ship and quicker to respond to my question.  I will definitely use Pacific RV Mirrors for my repairs.
