Anytime we need to order a replacement mirror he is always super fast to respond. We received a damaged mirror this time. I reached out to Jack and he shipped out a replacement SUPER fast. Heated Mirror Repair Kit Wednesday, October 16, 2024 Reviewer: John S from Turlock, CA United States   I needed to repair a mirror that was broken on my RV. The only option I could find was a total replacement that would be over 1,000 dollars,  I emailed Pacific Mirrors and they had a solution that was a fraction of that price. I ordered the part and didn't realize that I didn't order all the parts that were needed. Pacific RV emailed me and pointed out that I didn't buy all the parts I needed. They caught my mistake, and they saved me a bunch of time and money. Thanks Was this review helpful to you?
