I knew that it was going to eventually happen, hit one of the side mirrors on something and knock it loose. Not sure what I hit but it left the mirror hanging by the wire. Jack was very helpful throughout the mirror installation. On my 1997 Dolphin installation was a breeze, you do need a couple of people to hold the mirror in place while you set the screws. No trim removal is needed on the inside. All of the wires just snapped together. A quality product, amazing staff, and if I do this again I know that Pacific RV mirrors and Jack will have my back.
