I was unsure of what mirror I had on my 2003 Itasca horizon. The flat mirror mts had become brittle, allowing the mirror tonloosen and almost fall out. The only I.D. I had was a part # on the lower concave mirror. Jack kept telling me that was not the part # for my mirror. Finally I sent pics, and he identified it from my photos, and recommended the correct replacement. Absolutely over and above the level of service I expected. Thank you , Jack.. :)
