I can't thank Jack enough for his prompt response to my emails concerning the passenger-side mirror that somehow hit a sign. Oops. I received the replacement within a couple of days of ordering it. It was extremely easy to install but I do recommend having someone to help hold it up while you put the screws in place. It came fully wired and ready to go. We did have to purchase the screws which was not a problem. It is heated and adjustable from the driver's seat. I hope that I don't need to purchase another one but will come back to Pacific RV Mirrors to make the purchase. Thanks so much for making the entire process so easy.

We ordered a mirror on Monday and it came the following evening!   We looked up the installation instructions online and it was easy to replace the broken one.  We were more than pleased with the product and the service!  We highly recommend this company.

Jack was great and got our mirror shipped out right away, however we were traveling and I didn't select 2 day service and had to order another one with 2 day shipping to arrive at our next destination. Jack wanted to be sure we got in time of us leaving and sent it next day. Highly recommend them.
